All carriage is automatically calculated and charged at a rate depending on where you are located and according to the size of the parcel. You will see all totals before committing to buy.
How quickly do you deliver orders?
For delivery of orders we use services of Royal Mail, FastWay or DHL delivery services, always ensuring the lowest cost possible.
Delivery time for in stock items will normally be within 7 to 10 working days from receipt of your order. In exceptional circumstances we reserve the right to despatch order within 28 days from receipt of your order, though we will endeavour to dispatch all the items as quickly as possible. In case delivery will take more than 10 working days, we will contact you.
Please note that all the parcels sent via FastWay and DHL need to be signed for when receiving.
What if you are out of stock on an item I have ordered.
Normally the items listed on our website are in stock, or are marked ‘NOT IN STOCK’. In the event that an ordered item is out of stock we will notify you of this by e-mail and give you an estimated delivery time for the item (this is usually within 28 days). If the new delivery date does not meet your expectations then you are free to change or cancel your order.
You can still order items marked ‘NOT IN STOCK’, if you do so, please allow 28 days for delivery.
